Ducati has introduced the 2025 Panigale V4 to the Indian market, with the base Panigale V4 model priced at Rs 29.99 lakh and the higher-specification V4 S variant at Rs 36.50 lakh, both prices ex-showroom. At the new price, the base Panigale V4 costs Rs 2.27 lakh higher than the outgoing model, and the higher S trim carries a Rs 3.02 lakh higher price tag. In the Indian market, the Ducati Panigale V4 competes with other litre-class high-performance motorcycles such as the BMW S 1000 RR and the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R.
2025 Ducati Panigale V4: New ChangesThe 2025 iteration of the Ducati Panigale V4 incorporates a series of design and engineering enhancements over its predecessor. The motorcycle's aesthetic profile has been refined, exhibiting a more acute, streamlined, and purposeful appearance. This is evident in the redesigned LED headlamps, the revised side fairings with integrated aerodynamic winglets, and the modified tail section featuring a new LED taillight.
For the 2025 model year, the Panigale V4 features a newly designed double-sided swingarm, engineered to enhance mechanical grip and stability. The "Front Frame" has been revised, resulting in a 40% reduction in lateral stiffness, while maintaining longitudinal stiffness.

2025 Ducati Panigale V4: Features The Panigale V4 S variant is equipped with the third-generation Öhlins electronic suspension system, comprising an NPX-30 pressurized fork at the front and a TTX36 monoshock at the rear. Enhanced braking performance is achieved through the implementation of Brembo Hypure calipers. The motorcycle's electronic suite encompasses multiple ride modes, traction control settings, engine brake settings, and other configurable parameters. These settings are accessible via a new 6.9-inch Thin-Film-Transistor (TFT) display.

2025 Ducati Panigale V4: EngineThe bike gets a 1103cc, V4 engine, delivering a maximum power output of 214 bhp at 13,500 rpm and a peak torque of 120.9 Nm at 11,250 rpm. The engine is coupled with a six-speed transmission, equipped with a standard quickshifter.
