Hero MotoCorp has launched the latest version of one of its affordable bikes, Glamour in India. In its latest generation, the bike gets aesthetic updates with a new paint scheme and has a price tag of Rs 83,598 (ex-showroom) for the version with drum brakes. Meanwhile, the consumers opting for the model with disc brake would have to pay Rs 87,598 (ex-showroom).In terms of design, the 2024 Hero Glamour is very similar to its previous generation version. The bike gets a slim fuel tank with a long single-piece seat, a quality seen in most commuter bikes. However, the new Black Metallic Silver colour adds to the appeal. The paint scheme also enhances the details on the bike like cuts and creases. To add to all of it, the brand offers an LED headlight that brings all the elements together. Besides the new black colour, the bike also gets three other paint options: Sports Red-Black, Candy Blazing Red, and Techno Blue-Black.To add a touch of modernity, Hero MotoCorp offers a digital instrument cluster, a charging port, an idle start-stop system, and hazard lights. The bike is suspended on telescopic front forks while the rear end gets dual shock absorbers. Meanwhile, the braking duties are handled by drum brakes on the entry-level version. In the higher version, the bike gets a disc brake at the front while the rear end has the same drum brake.Powering the 2024 Hero Glamour is the same 124.7 cc single cylinder air cooled engine which is at the peak of its performance gives out 10.72 bhp of power at 7,500 rpm and 10.6 Nm while revving at 6,000 rpm.
