New Delhi: KTM has introduced the 2025 version of the 790 Adventure, featuring updates to its bodywork, engine, and suspension. The new model has a design inspired by the company’s 450 Rally bike, giving it a more rally-like look. It will be available in two colour options: orange and white.
One of the key improvements is in the suspension. The 790 Adventure now comes with 43mm WP Apex open cartridge front forks, borrowed from the 890 Adventure, a bike known for its off-road capabilities. These forks are fully adjustable for preload, compression, and rebound, offering better control and comfort when riding off-road.

In terms of the engine, the 799cc parallel twin engine remains the same in terms of power. However, it now features new throttle bodies with integrated knock sensors. This update allows the engine to run on lower-octane fuel without losing performance, making it more versatile and efficient.
KTM recently launched the 890 Adventure R in India and plans to introduce lower-spec variants in the future. Given the popularity of the Adventure series, there is a strong possibility that the 790 Adventure will also be brought to India. Its more affordable price compared to the 890 Adventure could attract a wider audience, making it a popular choice among adventure bike enthusiasts in the country.
